Responses by national governments are organized alphabetically by th United Nations’ five major statistical areas: Africa, Asia, Americas, Europe, Oceania. Within each nation, subcategories can be created for states, provinces, and territories and within those subcategories for local governments.

The first listing for a country should be the national government’s official response, to the extent possible.
